After 5 years, I still highly recommend that Mother’s Day is the most fitting movie for this special occasion. It is said that a Mother’s Day film guide would never be complete without this gem. If both you and your mom are fans of ensemble cast movies, don’t miss this film! You will certainly love it.
The film is the story that follows the lives of different mothers on Mother’s Day and the shenanigans they get into. Some of the cast in the film are Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson, Jason Sudeikis and Julia Roberts. Why don’t you watch Mother’s Day on Mother’s Day?
2. Lady bird (2017)
Lady Bird is written and directed by Greta Gerwig, a famous American actress and filmmaker. It is known as a sweet coming-of-age film starring Saoirse Ronan as Christine “Lady Bird” McPherson. Set in Sacramento, California in 2002, the film tells us a story of a high school senior and she navigates her connection with her headstrong, overbearing yet deeply loving mom. To help her Marlo with her duties, her brother gifts her a night nanny. At first, the mom was hesitant to accept this offer. Later, she comes to befriend and has a close bond with her young nanny. The movie follows the friendship between the mom and the nanny. Tully will certainly be a great film to enjoy on Mother’s Day and I highly recommend it.

I bet you will like it when hearing that the film is released by Walt Disney Pictures. Brave is a 2012 American computer-animated fantasy film, which is a perfect choice for the whole family.
Set in a mythical Scotland, Princess Merida is the daughter of Queen Elinor and also an aspiring ancher. The film follows the journey to make thing right of the princess when she accidentally places a curse on her mother that turns her into a bear.
7. Snatched (2017)

In the film, Emily (played by Amy Schumer) suddenly realized that she was alone after breaking up with her boyfriend right before their vacation. And though things get weird for them, we will find a lot of relaxation watching the film.
